Vienna — 23 December 2025 — Community volunteers linked to “A Drug-Free World” Austria are expanding outreach in Vienna, speaking with youth, families and educators through street information stands and community events. The Vienna effort is led by Gabriele Toker, a local organiser, the initiative relies on “Truth About Drugs” materials to present clear information on commonly abused substances, with particular attention to cannabis, often cited as Europe’s most commonly used illicit drug. A short report is available via a Scientology Europe report.
Organisers say, the Vienna activities aim to reach teenagers early, including at large public news eu parlament gatherings such as the Donauinselfest, while also supporting teachers seeking prevention tools for schools. Ivan Arjona, Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, said: “Reliable, early information helps young people make free and responsible choices—supporting both community well-being and European civic values.”
